Chicken Katsu Curry Tenders

Cooking Instructions

Remove the tenders from the box and place on a flat
tray. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
Please ensure that the chicken is fully cooked, as it
doesn’t come from us cooked through. Cook the rice at
180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes with the lid off.
Warm the sauce in a pan or microwave.

Plating Instructions

Spoon the coconut rice into the middle of the plate and position the three tenders in the middle, resting one on the other two to give yourself some height. Pour the sauce over the tenders and the rice as evenly as possible.

Finish with some sesame seeds and chopped coriander and serve
