Cooking Instructions

Remove the lid and take out the plum sauce from the box. Cook the rosti and the duck at 180 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered, until both are crispy. Warm the sauce and the red cabbage (separately) in the microwave or a pan and serve

Plating Instructions

Place the rosti into the centre of a plate and position the duck leg directly on top for height. Spoon the red cabbage to the side of the rosti and pour the plum sauce over the dish.

Finish with some chopped parsley and serve!
