Cooking Insturctions

Place the duck leg on a flat tray and cook at
180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Re cover the
noodles and pak choi and cook at 180 degrees
for 15-20 minutes until hot. Serve with the hoisin
glaze warmed in a pan or the microwave.

Plating Instructions

Place the noodles and pak choi in the middle of a plate, and top with the duck leg. Pour the hoisin glaze over the duck.

Finish with some chopped coriander, spring onion or a few slices of chilli and serve!
