Cooking Insructions

Remove the schnitzels and parchment from the box and place on a flat tray. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Please ensure that the chicken is fully cooked, as it doesn’t come from us cooked through. Cook the potatoes at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes with the lid off. The gremolata is ready to serve.

Plating Instructions

Place the crispy schnitzels either on top of a bed of the potatoes, or on the side. Spoon the gremolata onto the schnitzels, or use as a side sauce

Finish with chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice and serve!
