Remove the tenders from the box and place on a flat tray. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Please ensure that the chicken is fully cooked, as it doesn’t come from us cooked through. Cook the mash at 150 degrees Celsius if possible (otherwise 180 Celcius for 15 minutes) for 20 minutes with the lid off. Spoon the garlic ‘butter’ over the hot chicken to serve.
Spoon the mash potato into the middle of a plate and top with the chicken tenders, piled on top of each other for height. Spoon the garlic butter over the tenders, finish with some chopped parsley and serve!
