Cooking Instructions

Brush the pastry with egg yolk. Cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius uncovered, until the pastry is crisp and golden.

Plating Instructions 

Spoon into a bowl, making sure to have a bit of the flaky pastry on show.

Alternatively, pre cooking, you can carefully remove the pastry, spoon the pie mixture into a baking dish and re-top with the pastry before heating, which is a great way to present for a dinner party!

Finish with some chopped parsley and serve!
