Cooking Instructions

20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with the lid on,
then 5 minutes with the lid off.
Serve the pesto at room temperature.

Plating Instructions

Spoon the orzo into a bowl and top with a heaped teaspoon of the pesto.

Finish with a grating of fresh Parmesan, a drizzle of olive or truffle oil and serve!
