Cooking Instructions

Combine the ceviche mix with 2/3 of the dressing and let it sit for 10 minutes. Check the taste and add more dressing if required Serve with the tacos.

Plating Instructions

Spoon the Ceviche onto some gem lettuce cups in the centre of the plate and garnish with the crispy tacos. Finish with some chopped coriander and serve!
