Sweet Corn and spring onion fritters

Cooking Instuctions

Remove the fritters from the box. Cook at 180 degrees celcius for 10 minutes. Serve with the tomato jam.

Plating Instuctions 

Lay the three fritters onto a plate in a circle and spoon over the tomato jam, either in the middle or a small amount on each.

Finish with lightly dressed rocket leaves and serve!
